Youth Leadership Team

Junior High Boys: Brent Pascoe
Brent has five children and a loving wife named Christine. his hobbies include guitar, superheroes and hanging with his kids. Brent’s natural talents and abilities alongside his heart for youth are things that most youth leaders go to school to learn, we at WCCC are so blessed to have him as part of our team. Brent will be leading every Wednesday night at church.

Junior High Girls: Amber Deschiffart, Chelsey Scholing
Amber is a mother of 4 adorable and spirited children. Often we wonder where she hides her superwoman cape because she is able to juggle a very busy life and still live an authentic faith life. her hobbies include digital scrapbooking, curling and garage sale-ing.

Chelsey is a recent graduate of Central Alberta Christian High School. She is a very hard working, humble and passionate young woman. Her hobbies include ringette, making cards, and hanging with her amazing mom. This duo will be leading every Wednesday night at WCCC.

Senior High Boys: Albert Ypma, Victor Zuidhof
Albert is one of the most authentic people you will ever meet. He loves his three children and even volunteers to run the canteen at their baseball tournaments. In his spare time Albert spends quality time with his youngest restoring the Datsun and going to truck shows. Albert has a strong gift of compassion and we are blessed to have him as a part of our team.

Victor has lots of cattle but no children. He enjoys hanging out with his family and friends. In winter he plays on a hockey team and is a great defender. Victor is a responsible and passionate young man. He works hard and plays hard (make sure you let him win once in awhile; he’s pretty competitive) we are blessed to have such an honest young man as a part of our team.

Senior High Boys meet every Wednesday starting in October at Albert or Victor’s place.

Senior High Girls: Charissa Cappis
Charissa loves people deeply; her heart is worn proudly on her sleeve. She is a mother to six active and vibrant kids, Charissa loves her children and would do anything for them. Charissa brings a wealth of experience, wisdom, and compassion as well as her many talents and gifts to the youth ministry. In addition to the youth ministries and events this fabulous team meets every Wednesday to support one another and plan the youth ministry program.

Some highlights Life groups; meet every Wednesday night from 7:00- 8:30
Ignite; an evening of fun as a community, takes place every 4th fourth Friday of the each month
